Salli has been studying, teaching and performing Flamenco Dance for many years, and has earned a respectful reputation as a teacher and performer. She has studied continuously throughout her flamenco career. Her favorite instructors from Spain include: Marisol Moreno (Madrid), Mercedes Ruiz (Jerez de la frontera), Rocio Marquéz and Alicia Marquéz (Sevilla), Pacita Tomás y Joaquin Villa (Madrid). She has also studied from other excellent instructors from outside of Spain. Those include: Debra Belo "La Furia" (Washington D.C.), the late "Tibu" (New York), José Molina (new York), "Quique" (Argentina), Manolo Vargas (Mexico) and Maria Elena Anaya (Mexico). Salli is an experienced teacher, and hopes to transmit her love of movement through the medium of Flamenco, in addition to her love of Spain, its culture and its language.
